Shipping & Returns

1. Payment

• Payment is to be made via Direct Bank Transfer using internet banking  or ATM into our :

·          POSB current  account  ( 820-20846-3 )

·          UOB   current account  ( 928-343-962-0)

•  For internet banking transfers, please let us know that you've made the transaction and confirm your account number, so we can proceed with the order(s) immediately.

Please be aware that we will only confirm and deliver your purchase(s) upon receiving cleared payment

2.  Delivery Charges

Delivery in Singapore is inclusive in the prices. 

         For delivery outside Singapore, please advise your courier name and account no.  Otherwise,  shipping charges apply, 

         If you do not have a courier account, please write in to us to confirm the shipping charges.

3. Delivery Mode

We use  courier or Singpost for all deliveries

 

4. Delivery Lead Time

When do we ship out your items
We ship your order out within 4 business days from when we receive your order.

Custom clearance
All items are subjected to custom clearance. If there are any duties or taxes charged by your country, you will have to bear the charges.

When will I get my items?
International destinations: 6-15 business days
Malaysia: 4-6 working days

Singaporeans: 2-3 working days
All products   will be sent via either

·          Registered Article Mail through Singpost

·          or  using our courier within 3 days  upon receipt of payment.

 

Items will normally  reach you within 2-3 workings days.

 

Should you not be  home, the items can be collected at Singpost at your convenience or you can call Singpost to have it re-delivered

We would advise you to indicate an office address where you can be reach between 9a.m to 5pm on weekdays and before 1pm on Saturday..

Important: Do note that the estimated delivery time is for transit only and they do not apply till the item leaves our store. Once your item leaves our store for shipment, it will be subjected to custom clearance and other factors that can contribute to late deliveries and this is beyond our control

5. Exchange and Return Policy

·         Strictly NO EXCHANGES of products will be entertained at Creston’s shops/outlets for purchases made online.
