Terms & Conditions

Sales Order / Quotation -  Validity

Price quoted is valid for 7 days and/or whilst stock lasts.

Artwork Changes :

Any artwork changes after artwork approval (AA) will incur charges of minimum S$250.00 per item/per artwork/per logo.

Delivery :

Free delivery to one local destination (Singapore) between 9.00am to 6.00pm on Monday – Friday will be provided for order above $500.00.

A delivery of minimum $30 per destination applies for order less than  $200.

All goods sold are not subject to return, exchange or refund.

Any cancellation made after order confirmation, the purchaser/client will be liable to the total amount of the order.

 Payment :

Payment to be made under crossed cheques and made payable to “Creston Singapore”.

A 40% deposit will be required upon order confirmation.

Balance payment upon delivery of order.

Deposit shall be forfeited for all cancellation.

Late Payment :

Interest at 8% per month will be charged from due date of invoice(s).

Custom made Items :

All materials whether fabrics, acrylic, polycarbonate, pvc or others in any form of cut-sheets, tubes, blocks and fabricated articles are subject to size and thickness tolerance of +/-10%

 Delivery Order :

All order delivered under our signed DO/awb is deemed to received in good condition.  Goods sold/delivered are noin refundable/returnable

Delivery Schedule :

For items that is custom made or indent basis, delay from liner/sea freight/air freight is beyond Creston’s control.  Creston is not liable in any way for any delivery delay due to delay from air/sea transportation.
